With the experience of Raina, Bravo, Watson, Jadeja and Dhoni, CSK are expected to do well. However, they wont find it easy on the opening game taking on Virat Kohli led RCB.

Ambati Rayadu and Kedhar Jadhav will add depth and experience to the batting line-up. Imran Tahir and Harbhajan Singh will be expected to play a key role. Lungi Ngidi is injured and ruled out of IPL 2019.
