Chelsea will go to St James Park on Sunday to face Newcastle United in the third gameweek of the Premier League. After winning back to back two matches in the opening two fixtures of the Premier League, the new manager of Chelsea, Maurizio Sarri will be feeling very much happy as the players are trying to adapt themselves with his style of play very quickly. So, they will hope to continue their run against Newcastle United too in a slightly tricky away fixture.
On the other hand, Newcastle United will desperately try to get their first win of the season. After a narrow 1-2 defeat against Tottenham Hotspur in the opening match of the Premier League, the Magpies picked only one point from their away fixture against Cardiff City in the second match. Kennedy missed a penalty at the back end of the match and it has ended the hope of Newcastle United to get the first win of the season. Kennedy will not be able to play against his parent club in this match for the Magpies. Newcastle United will miss the service of their dependable defender Florian Lejeune in this match due to long term knee injury problem. The midfielder Isaac Hayden is serving the three match suspension. So, eventually he will be out of contention to play against Chelsea.
DeAndre Yedlin might become fit before the beginning of the match on Sunday after picking up an injury against Cardiff City in the previous match.

The Blues will miss the service of their experienced midfielder Cesc Fabregas in this match as the midfielder is suffering from a knee injury. It will be completely the decision of Maurizio Sarri whether he wants to start Eden Hazard and Mateo Kovacic in this match. In the previous match against Arsenal both of them came at the 60 minute mark. The match fitness might still be an issue for these two players and Maurizio Sarri can field the same starting eleven again in this match against Newcastle United too.
